Encore (Additional Time)

  • Keep the fun going! Need extra time for your photo booth? Extend your booking in 1-hour increments to ensure every guest gets a chance to capture memories. Partial hours are rounded up—so if you need an additional 25 minutes, it will count as a full hour.

    Last-minute extension? If time is added during the event, a $50 convenience fee will be applied to the Encore rate.

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for unused time. Once additional time is booked, it’s considered part of the event package.

  • The photo booth typically requires a space of 10x10 feet to ensure we have enough room for the booth itself, props, and any additional features like backdrops or lighting. For a more spacious feel or if you’re adding extra elements like a props table or VIP experience, we recommend allowing additional space. If you're unsure, our team is happy to help assess the best setup for your venue!

  • We understand that plans can change, but please note that we do not offer refunds for cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible. Depending on the timing, you may be able to apply your payment toward a future event. Be sure to review our full cancellation terms in your booking agreement for more details.

  • Yes! You’re welcome to keep your Custom LED Sign as a keepsake from your event. It’s a great way to remember the celebration and even incorporate it into your home or future events!

  • In the event that the photo booth is damaged during your event, the client will be responsible for the repair or replacement costs. These costs can be up to $5,000 depending on the extent of the damage. Payment for repairs or replacement will be due within 15 days of the event. Details regarding damage liability can be found in the agreement/contract you sign when booking. We strongly encourage all guests to handle the booth with care to avoid any issues.

  • If you encounter any issues with the booth during your drop-off rental, we offer phone assistance to help troubleshoot any problems. Additionally, we provide an online resource guide with detailed instructions for operation, and troubleshooting. We recommend reviewing the guide first for quick solutions, but if further assistance is needed, feel free to give us a call.

  • The Selfie booth is our iPad-based photo booth, which offers a user-friendly experience with a sleek, modern design. It’s perfect for events where guests want a simple, fun photo booth experience. The Portrait booth, on the other hand, uses a high-quality DSLR camera for professional-grade photos. It’s ideal for those looking for more detailed, high-resolution images. Both options offer great fun, but the DSLR booth provides an extra level of photo quality.
